WE THE EDITORS of Wikipedia, in order to form a free encyclopedia that anyone can edit with: a neutral point of view, verifiable entries, and no original research, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Wikipedia.
Article I

[edit]All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in the editors of Wikipedia, which shall consist of Editors and Administrators.
Section 2
[edit]Editors shall be Members of Wikipedia who have contributed to the project. Representatives shall be allowed to register an account to edit, or may edit anonymously. The number of editors shall have no limit. Editors shall choose from their number their Arbitration Committee and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Nominating for Deletion, should there be consensus to.
Section 3
[edit]The Administrators of Wikipedia shall be composed of a number of Editors from the project, chosen by the editors thereof, shall serve indefinately; and each administrator shall have a Vote equal to that of any other editor.
No Person shall be an Administrator who harms the project.
Administrators shall choose their Officers, is desired.
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Deletions.
Judgment in Cases of Deletion shall not extend further than to removal from the encyclopedia, but the Party of creation shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Judgment and Punishment, according to Consensus.
