Alexandra Patrick, known as alexandrapatrick was set up in 2005 by Maria Callow and Duncan Callow. The company’s name is derived from their children’s names Kate ‘Alexandra’ and Finn ‘Patrick’ and they are based in Kent, England.

alexandrapatrick provides a flexible, made-to-measure marketing and photography service. Specialities include copywriting, photography, website development and e:marketing. The service is intended mainly for small to medium sized businesses that need marketing expertise and guidance.

In 2009 the company fast developed a widely respected reputation for specialising in food photography in the South East of England. Duncan Callow is a professional food photographer and has a great deal of experience working with food service providers, restaurants and in schools.

In 2010, alexandrapatrick launched a blog providing high quality food imagery and the people, ingredients and techniques behind it. The blog shares expert food photography knowledge and showcases the imagery of photographer Duncan Callow. It has useful tips and advice on how to take better food photos. The blog is searchable by type of food, regional cuisine, occasion, season and ingredients.
