Humberto Hernandez Haddad (born July 19, 1951, Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico) is a Mexican lawyer and politician.

Education

In 1972, Hernandez graduated with honors with the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, in Mexico City. After serving a term as federal Congressman for his home state of Tabasco, he undertook postgraduate studies at Harvard University's Center for International Affairs (1978)in Cambridge Mass.
