Alicia Staten (born February 1, 1994 in Nashville, Tennessee) is a student studying at MTSU and is currently working at Walmart.

Family and early life

Alicia Staten was born on Feb. 1st, 1994, to Lisa and Reggie Staten at the Vanderbilt Hospital. She has one sibling, Eric, who is 11 years older than her. Although born in Nashville, Staten also lived in Antioch for four years before moving to Smyrna, where she spent most of her life. She attended Smyrna High School, graduated in 2012 and is now studying at Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Mass Communications with hopes of becoming a photo-journalist.

Staten has said that she enjoys reading, listening to music and occasionally fishing with her father. She also played tennis in middle school through high school. Between the ages of 11 and 14, Staten attended Camp Widjiwagan during the summer, where she discovered a love of horseback riding. Before Camp Widjiwagan Staten often went to Camp Sunshine, a Christian summer camp. Staten has also done a lot of traveling throughout her life, visiting the states of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Ohio and Arizona several times.
