Katie McGuinness

Katie McGuinness (born December 29, 1984) is anEnglish actress, known for her work in film, television, and stage. She rose to international recognition with her portrayal of Vivien Leigh in the Netflix series Hollywood(2020) and her role as Josie Wellstead in the series Snowpiercer (2020).

Early life and Education

Katie McGuinness was born in England and grew up in Rotherfield Peppard, a small village where she lived with her mother and two sisters after her parents' divorce. Her father moved to Somerset and later to Glastonbury, maintaining a close relationship with his daughters. McGuinness pursued acting, training at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA), where she honed her craftbin theatre.
