Wes Watson, motivational speaker, businessman, author, influencer and former soldier. Watson spent ten years in prison for assault and battery.[1]
Watson is the creator of the fitness brand, Watson Fit, a fitness brand.[1]
Watson is also the author of the non-fiction book Non-Negotiable: Ten Years Incarcerated- Creating the Unbreakable Mindset, in which he tells of his time in prison and developing a new mindset.[1]
In a 2025 viral video Watson called Ultimate Fighting Championship professional fighters "the epitome of squares." Adding that combat sports fighters are simply actors in a cage and not real warriors.[2]
2025 arrest
[edit]In 2025, Watson was arrested for battery at a gym Miami, Florida.[3] Watson stated the incident was an act of self-defense.[3]
