  3. Green tickY (guideline: >150 template edits, applicant: 413)
  4. Green tickY (guideline: !<6 months, applicant: 18 years)
  5. Red XN (guideline: 3 sandboxes, applicant: 0)
  6. Red XN (guideline: 5 requests, applicant: 0)
 Not done for lack of demonstrated need - you only need this permission to edit some high-risk templates, and can edit most others and can make edit requests for the few you can't.
