On Wikipedia, we generally use sentence case for article titles and headings.
We Do Not Use Title Case. NeitherDoWeUseCamelCase.
The reason for using sentence case is that it that makes linking much easier – having the titles in regular capitalization prevents the need to create piped links all the time.
This decision was made long long ago, so long ago that no one seems to remember... There are rumours that in the deep dark before times of 2001, articles used CamelCase...
