Octabin is a standardized container in large dimensions for storing for example vegetables, granules of plastics or other dry products. It is made of thick cardboard with an optional inner polyethylene bag and normally measures from 80 x 120 cm to 120 x 120 cm and varies in height from 50 cm up to 200 cm. It's capacity is normally around 1000 kg but the larger units can store even 1700 kg. Emptying is made easy by either tilting the bin, opening a hole in the side or by suction.
