CFQR-FM is an English language Canadian radio station located in Montreal, Quebec.
Owned and operated by Corus Entertainment, it broadcasts on 92.5 MHz with an effective radiated power of 41,400 watts (class C1) using an omnidirectional antenna.
The station has had an adult contemporary music format since 1991, and identifies itself as "Q92".
CFQR was put on the air in 1947 as CFCF-FM (and operated on a frequency of 106.5), a sister to CFCF-AM 600, simulcasting the programming of 600. In 1962 it adopted the call CFQR, switched to 92.5 and switched to an easy-listening soft rock format. It kept this format for 25 years simply as CFQR 92.5. The 92.5/600 pair underwent an onwership change in 1991 and CFQR switched to its current format.
