Module:XfD old/sandbox

This module provides various tasks relating to old XfDs:

1. Produces the "Old discussions" at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion and Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/All current discussions, and Wikipedia:Files for discussion
2. Populates Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Awaiting closure
3. Populates Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/All old discussions
4. Implements {{XFD backlog}}
