Colorado Rapids U23's is an American soccer team, founded in 2000 as part of the development system for the Colorado Rapids Major League Soccer team. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Heartland Division of the Central Conference against teams from Des Moines, Kansas City, Springfield, St. Louis and Thunder Bay. Until 2002 they were known as Boulder Nova. From 2003 through 2006, they were known as the Boulder Rapids Reserve.

The Rapids play their home games primarily at Pleasant View Field in the city of Boulder, Colorado, but occasionally also hold games at Boulder High School in Boulder. The team's colors are claret, baby blue and white.

The team has historically had a strong showing in the league. In 2002 they advanced to the PDL championship game, which they lost the final to the Cape Cod Crusaders. The Rapids again made it to the championship game after the 2004 season, but lost in the final to Central Florida Kraze. The team has also won back-to-back division titles in their Conference in 2005 and 2006.
