Paul Zed (born December 31, 1956 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian politician.

Zed is a former member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Fundy--Royal, New Brunswick from 1993 to 1997. Zed’s professions include barrister and solicitor, lawyer, and professor. He is a former Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons.
