This appears to be only a bootleg CD. It's not listed on Reed's article as a live album, and is an orphan page despite Lou Reed's popularity (so nowhere makes sense as a redirect, since "Beauty and Rust" won't be listed on any other page). It does seem to have been released as "OHM 015" from OHM Digital Recordings, but discogs lists this and nearly every other OHM album as an unofficial release, and I only see it on bootleg forums and sites that probably source from Wikipedia. It doesn't seem to pass WP:Notability criteria for unreleased material because there's minimal independent coverage. (proposed by Local Internet User)
