Chelsea Lovely Cabias Fernandez is a Filipino beauty queen, model, and media personality. She represented the Philippines at The Miss Globe 2022 where she finished in the Top 15.[2][3] She also made it to the Top 6 in the Miss Universe Philippines 2025, and will represent the country in the Miss Cosmo 2025 in Vietnam.[4]
Early life and education
[edit]Chelsea Lovely Fernandez was born in Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines.[5] Shortly after birth, she was adopted and raised in Tacloban, Leyte.[5] Fernandez studied mass communication, majoring in broadcasting.[6]
Pageantry
[edit]Miss Philippines Earth 2019
[edit]Fernandez represented Tacloban in Miss Philippines Earth 2019 and won the title of Miss Philippines Water 2019, one of the elemental titles in the pageant.[7]
Binibining Pilipinas 2022
[edit]In 2022, she competed in Binibining Pilipinas as the representative of Tacloban.[8] She was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2022 and also received the special award Miss Ever Bilena.[1][6]
The Miss Globe 2022
[edit]After winning the Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2022, she went on to represent the Philippines at The Miss Globe 2022 held in Albania, where she finished in the Top 15.[2] She also won the Miss Head to Head Challenge.[3]
Miss Universe Philippines 2025
[edit]In 2025, Fernandez represented Sultan Kudarat at the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant.[1] Although she previously associated with Tacloban, she chose to represent the mother province of her birthplace, Tacurong.[1]
Other Pageants
[edit]Fernandez was also notable for her beauty titles in Reyna ng Aliwan 2018, Miss Gandang Contesera Quest 2020.[9]
Personal life
[edit]Fernandez has named journalist Kara David as one of her role models.[6]
