Khoirul Anwar (also known as Airul) was born in Magetan on July 6, 1993. He is an SEO specialist who has been actively working in the field of search engine optimization (SEO) since 2011. He is also known as the founder of Mastah SEO, a platform dedicated to sharing the latest insights on SEO.

Early Life

Airul was born and raised in Magetan, a regency in the westernmost part of East Java, Indonesia. Since childhood, he has been passionate about technology and the digital world, which eventually led him to specialize in search engine optimization. He was first introduced to the internet and the digital landscape in 2008 during his junior high school years. At that time, he started learning programming, particularly PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

After successfully building a website, he began to wonder: "How can I get traffic?" This curiosity eventually led him to a forum called Ads.id in 2011, marking the start of his journey in SEO.

Founding Mastah SEO

In 2014, Airul founded Mastah SEO, a website dedicated to sharing the latest information on search engine optimization. Through this platform, he shares insights, techniques, and strategies he has gained over the years. Over time, Mastah SEO has become one of the go-to resources for SEO practitioners in Indonesia looking to deepen their understanding of search engine optimization.

Professional Career

In 2015, Airul began his professional career as an SEO Specialist at Solidiance Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. (now acquired by YCP Holdings). In this role, he was responsible for enhancing the visibility of Solidiance’s official website to attract more potential clients.

A year later, as the company's first-ever SEO Specialist, Airul was promoted to SEO Lead. In his new role, he started building and leading an SEO team, developing broader optimization strategies, and ensuring sustainable organic growth for the company.

By late 2017, Airul decided to resign from Solidiance to pursue his entrepreneurial journey. He made this decision to gain more freedom in exploring digital marketing beyond SEO and to build his own business in the industry.
