Alice Strange is a quirky pop singer/songwriter based in the UK. She started her journey in classical music before venturing into her own style of music with her debut release in 2018. Originally called Alice's Night Circus, the name was changed in 2020 to Alice Strange.

Sound and Style

Predominantly performing within the Steampunk and Fairy/Folk communities such as Asylum Steampunk Festival and Fantasy Forest Festival, as well as mainstream festivals such at Liverpool Sound City and Zandari Festa Alice describes her music as a blend of 'quirky theatrical steam pop' music pulling from multiple genres including Steampunk, Post Apocalypse, Fairy, Pop, Folk and Electronic. She is known for her 'powerhouse vocals'^[1] and has been described as being '[...]blessed with the natural stage presence of Siouxsie Sioux, the vocal command of Björk and the dark phrasing of Concrete Blonde’s Johnette Napolitano.'^[2]
