Under his tenure, SETE collaborated with government and private entities on tourism strategy, data analysis, and seasonal extension.[2] According to public data, tourist arrivals in Greece rose significantly during this period, from 15.5 million in 2012 to 27.2 million in 2017.[3]

Andreadis helped establish Marketing Greece S.A., a non-profit entity promoting Greek tourism abroad, as well as Discovergreece.com, a digital platform for tourism content.[4] He was also involved in founding the SETE Institute (INSETE), which focuses on tourism-related research and training initiatives.

From 2006 to 2011, he served as president of the Hellenic Hotel Federation. Between 2013 and 2016, he was a member of the Board of Directors at the Bank of Greece.[5]

Sani/Ikos Group

In the mid-1990s, Andreadis, together with family members, assumed management of the Sani Resort in Halkidiki. Over the following two decades, the property expanded into a multi-resort complex.[6]

In 2015, he co-founded the Sani/Ikos Group in partnership with Mathieu Guillemin and other investors. The group introduced the “Unconditional Luxury” model, a version of all-inclusive hospitality incorporating branded dining and premium services. [7] The company has since expanded into Spain and announced further developments in Portugal and other Mediterranean locations.

In 2022, global investment firm GIC acquired a stake in the group in a transaction valuing the company at approximately €2.3 billion.[8]

In 2023, Andreadis and his brother Stavros were jointly awarded the IHIF Lifetime Achievement Award for their contributions to European hospitality development.[9]
