Ayasan Holdings Company Limited

Ayasan Holdings Company Limited is a Southeast Asian staffing and household services company based in Bangkok, Thailand. The company was founded in 2012 and offers services such as housekeeping, caregiving, babysitting, pet care, and professional drivers. Ayasan operates in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, and Japan, and has announced plans to expand into additional Southeast Asian countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

History

[edit]

Ayasan was established in 2012 by Kotaro Ise, a Japanese entrepreneur and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he studied Hospitality Business Management. Before founding Ayasan, Ise worked at Walt Disney Company and Marriott International in marketing and sales roles. Inspired by the goal of delivering hotel-like service to households, he launched Ayasan in Bangkok.

The company started with a small office in Bangkok's CentralWorld and later expanded to branches in Ekkamai (Bangkok), Laos, Vietnam, and Indonesia. As of 2025, Ayasan remains a privately held company.

Services

[edit]

Ayasan provides household and corporate staffing services. The company's offerings include cleaning, childcare, elderly care, and office and hotel cleaning. Registered workers undergo background checks and receive training in housekeeping, childcare, and etiquette. Ayasan also supports corporate clients by providing contract-based staffing for commercial facilities.

The company has developed technology to support its operations, including "AyasanGPT," an AI-powered platform for matching clients with workers. This initiative reflects Ayasan’s effort to apply automation and digital tools to improve service delivery.

Operations and Growth

[edit]

According to regional news sources, Ayasan had served over 1 million users as of 2025 and maintained a database of over 30,000 service workers. The company has focused on expanding its operations across urban centers, targeting both local families and expatriates. Ayasan’s platforms in Japan, such as Ayasan.jp and Blueforce.jp, aim to connect English-speaking blue-collar workers with Japanese employers.

Media Coverage

[edit]

While Ayasan has appeared in regional media such as The Thaiger and Tech in Asia, in-depth independent coverage in large international outlets remains limited. Articles have highlighted the company’s use of AI and its role in the local gig economy.
