Azar Mohammadi (Persian: آذر محمدی; born 1974 in Tehran) is an Iranian costume designer known for her work on historical film and television productions.

[edit]- Moses the Kalimullah: At Dawn (2020–2025) – Lead costume designer for a serialized epic on the life of Moses. She oversaw ceremonial wardrobe and custom textiles.
- Farouk Omar (2010–2012) – Designed costumes for this MBC historical series filmed in multiple countries.
- Mokhtarnameh (2003–2010) – Worked on a large number of principal and supporting character costumes in this Iranian epic series.
- The Lost Innocence (2002–2003) – Her early historical project involving religious and social costume contexts.
