Bernardo Enrique Navarro is an American real estate executive.

Early life and education

Bernardo Enrique Navarro[1] was born on July 18, 1973,[2] in Miami, Florida,[3] to Cuban immigrants.[4] He graduated from St. Brendan High School in 1991.[5] Navarro graduated from the University of Miami and Harvard University.[3]

Career

Political activities (2012–present)

In 2012, Navarro led the Latin Builders Association's endorsement of Rick Santorum's 2012 presidential campaign.[6]

He was the finance chairman for Marco Rubio's 2016 presidential campaign and his Senate campaign that year.[7] Navarro served as a delegate from Florida at the 2016 Republican National Convention.[8]

U.S. Ambassador to Peru

On May 22, 2025, president Donald Trump named Navarro as his nominee for United States ambassador to Peru.[9]
