From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Boostlingo is a United States-based company that develops software for language interpretation management. Its platform is used by organizations in various sectors—including healthcare, legal, education, and customer support—to coordinate access to interpretation services, both in-person and remotely.[1][2][3][4]

History

[edit]

Boostlingo was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. The company emerged at a time when demand for remote interpreting tools was increasing, particularly within medical and public service contexts. Its development efforts have focused on integrating interpreter coordination with communication tools.[2][3][4]

In 2022, the company acquired VoiceBoxer, a Danish provider of multilingual conferencing and interpretation software. The following year, it acquired Linguava Interpreters, a language service provider based in Portland, Oregon.[2][4]
