[edit]Boundless Learning was founded in 2023 following the acquisition of Pearson Online Learning Services, a division of Pearson PLC focused on online education support for higher education institutions, by Athena Education.[5] After the acquisition, the division was rebranded as Boundless Learning.[6]
Leadership
[edit]In January 2025, Joshua Richards became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Boundless Learning, succeeding Kees Bol.Richards had previously held the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer, where he contributed to the development of the company’s technological framework and product offerings.[7][8]
In early 2025, Liz Wildes was appointed Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Growth.[9] With a background in educational technology, Wildes oversees the expansion of the company’s services and its relationships with academic partners.
Services
