Corey Fogelmanis
[edit]Corey Fogelmanis (born August 13, 1999)[1] is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Farkle Minkus on the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World (2014-2017). He also appeared in the 2019 film Ma and the 2023 Netflix series My Life with the Walter Boys as Nathan Walter.[2]
Career
[edit]Fogelmanis first made his television debut in an episode of the Showtime drama House of Lies.[3] His first notable role was in the 2014 Disney Channel series Girl Meets World, the sequel to the ABC coming-of-age sitcom Boy Meets World (1993-2000). Fogelmanis played the role of Farkle Minkus, the son of Stuart Minkus from the original show.[4] In 2016, he starred as Max Doyle in the direct-to-video film Mostly Ghostly: One Night in Doom House,[5] based on the R.L. Stine children's horror series of the same name and the third installment in the film adaptation series.
Fogelmanis made his feature film debut in the psychological thriller film Ma (2019), appearing alongside Octavia Spencer and Diana Silvers.[6] Since 2023, he has played Nathan Walter in the Netflix series My Life with the Walter Boys.[7] The show was renewed for second and third seasons that will premiere in mid-2025 and 2026 respectively.[8][9] In 2024, Fogelmanis starred in I Wish You All the Best, the film adaptation of the young adult book novel of the same name. He plays Ben DeBacker, a non-binary teen who is thrown out of their house.[10]
Personal Life
[edit]Fogelmanis is of Latvian descent.[11] He remains close friends with his Girl Meets World co-star Sabrina Carpenter.[12]
