Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Comment: Needs significant coverage. Please note that the New York Post and YouTube are unreliable, and Forbes articles written by contributors are also unreliable. Also, please minimize the usage of primary sources. Kovcszaln6 (talk) 11:12, 7 May 2025 (UTC)

Cyabra is an AI-powered platform specializing in combating disinformation and analyzing the authenticity of online discourse.
Cyabra's solutions detect and mitigate threats posed by fake profiles, harmful narratives, and Generative AI content.
Overview
[edit]Cyabra is headquartered in New York[1] and has clients worldwide, including governments, corporations, and PR agencies.
History
[edit]The company was founded by Dan Brahmy, Ido Shraga, and Yossef Daar, who leveraged their experience in Information warfare and Cybersecurity from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and the tech industry to detect and combat online disinformation.
Prior to Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter in 2022, Musk hired Cyabra to analyze the amount of bot activity on the platform. Cyabra identified 13% of Twitter’s profiles as bots, as opposed to Twitter’s estimate of less than 5%.[2]
Cyabra's research on disinformation has been featured in The New York Times[3], Reuters[4], Time[5], USA Today[6], and other media venues. In 2024, the company helped 19 democracies monitor their national elections from interference. Among its past and present clients are the U.S. State Department, Warner Media[7], global PR agency Golin[8], and consumer intelligence company Meltwater. [9]
In 2025, Cyabra was recognized by Frost & Sullivan for Driving Innovation in Social Media Intelligence.[10] Cyabra was also highlighted in Gartner’s 2024 report on disinformation security and in the Social Intelligence Lab’s social listening landscape.[11] The company has also been recognized in Wired (magazine)’s "Hottest Startups" and in LinkedIn’s “Top Startups”.[12] Mike Pompeo, 70th U.S. Secretary of State, is on Cyabra’s board of directors.[13]
Technology
[edit]Cyabra’s platform utilizes AI algorithms and machine learning models to analyze social media and online conversations in over 100 languages[14]. Cyabra’s technology identifies fake profiles, detects coordinated disinformation campaigns and tracks their spread, and spots their sources and key spreaders[15].[16] Cyabra also provides real-time monitoring and alerts about emerging risks to brand reputation and election interference. Cyabra collects only publicly available information (OSINT), and is GDPR compliant.
