David Fotouhi EPA Deputy Administrator. He was confirmed in the U.S. Senate by a vote of 53 to 41.[1]

A lawyer, he was a partner in the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (Gibson Dunn), in the firm's Litigation Department.
