Submission declined on 25 February 2025 by Gheus (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

David Grasso is an American journalist, commentator, and entrepreneur known for his work in media and LGBTQ+ advocacy. He has appeared as a political commentator on networks including CBS[1], NewsNation[2], and Fox News,[3] and has written for outlets such as CNN[4], The Hill[5], and Worth.[6]
Early life and education
[edit]Grasso graduated from Rollins College in Florida.[7] He holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School[8], where he serves on the Alumni Board and chairs the Pride Alumni Caucus[9].
Career and Advocacy Work
[edit]After graduating Harvard Kennedy School, Grasso began his career as a television reporter for KVII-TV in Amarillo, Texas, producing investigative reports[10] and local news segments.
After serving as a lead anchor for four years at Bold TV,[7][11] the digital business outlet founded by conservative pundit Carrie Sheffeld, Grasso took over as CEO.[6] Notable on-camera interviews Grasso conducted at Bold TV include Shark Tank star Mark Cuban[12], then-Picture Motion CEO Christie Marchese, and Zumba Founder Beto Perez[13]
In 2024, Grasso launched the nonprofit Project Amicus, which raises global awareness about LGBTQ+ safety through media campaigns.[14] In an interview with the Good Men Project, Grasso stated that the nonprofit plans to put pressure on 64 countries viewed as having discriminatory LGBTQ+ policies in place, such as Qatar and Ghana, telling the outlet, "A country that still criminalizes same-sex relationships cannot be considered a civilized society by modern human rights standards."[15]
Grasso served as a founding member in 2024 of Harvard University's Carr Center for Human Rights LGBTQ+ Justice Initiative,[16] a program within Harvard Kennedy School dedicated to education on human rights and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
