EmoBay is a Hong Kong–based startup launched in 2025 that offers an AI-powered multilingual mental health and wellness platform.[1][2]
History
[edit]In June 2024, the team received an Innovation and Technology Scholarship for developing an AI-driven emotional support chatbot.[3] The platform was later introduced in early 2025 to address accessibility gaps in mental health care within Hong Kong and the wider world.[4]
