Farhad Yusef-Zadeh is an American professor of physics and astronomy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Ph.D. in Astronomy at Columbia University. He joined the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Northwestern University in 1988, after a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.[1]
