Flashnet S.A. is a Romanian technology company that designs and develops smart infrastructure systems, focusing primarily on smart street lighting. Its inteliLIGHT® remote street lighting management platform, which integrates hardware and software for urban IoT services.[1]

In July 2018, ENGIE acquired a 60% majority share in Flashnet.[2]

As of June 2022, Lucy Group Ltd acquired an 80% majority shareholding in Flashnet S.A., while the founding CEO, Lorand Mozes, remains in charge. Flashnet continues to operate under its own name and offers its established smart lighting platform such as inteliLIGHT.[3]
