The ISA101 is a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) standard developed by International Society of Automation (ISA).[1]
The standard recommends technical rules for the design of the displays of the HMI of the following areas:
- Menu hierarchies
- Screen navigation
- Graphics and color conventions
- Dynamic objects
- Alarm representation[1]
