Jai Shankar Singh is an Indian legal academic and administrator. He is the Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, since March 2024.^[1] Previously, he was a Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Allahabad.^[2]
