Jason Sanjay Vijay (born August 26, 2000) is an Indian filmmaker and the son of Tamil actor and politician Vijay and Sangeeta Sornalingam.

Early Life and Education

Jason Sanjay was born in London, United Kingdom. He completed his schooling at the American International School in Chennai. He later pursued higher education in filmmaking. earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Film Production from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Screenwriting from a university in London.

Career

Jason Sanjay Vijay began his filmmaking career with the short film Pull the Trigger, 2022. He is currently working on his debut feature film, JS01, produced by Lyca Productions.^[1]

While Jason's family background has brought him attention, he has chosen to focus on directing rather than acting..^[2]
