History
[edit]Killgerm traces its origins to 1893.[1] The company was formally incorporated as Killgerm Chemicals Limited on 12 August 1976, according to Companies House records.[2] It changed its name to Killgerm Group Ltd in 1994, reflecting its expanding international presence.
In 2013, following the death of its chairman, majority ownership was transferred to an employee trust set up to safeguard the company's long-term future.[3]
Operations
