Komakhan is a village in the Mahasamund district of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is located approximately 95 kilometers (59 miles) east of Raipur, the state capital.[1] The village is well connected by both road and rail, with its own railway station (station code: KMK).[2]

Education

Komakhan has a Government Higher Secondary School that serves students from the village and surrounding areas. The school has helped improve access to education and raise literacy levels locally.[3]

Transportation

The village is accessible via regular bus services to Raipur, Mahasamund, and Bagbahra. Komakhan Railway Station lies on the Raipur–Vizianagaram line, improving regional connectivity.[4]
