Oli Jacobs is a 3-time GRAMMY winning.[1] British music recording and mixing engineer. He is known for his work with Taylor Swift[2], Kendrick Lamar[3], Sabrina Carpenter[4], Harry Styles[5], The 1975, Bleachers and Jack Antonoff.

Oli began his career at Real World Studios working alongside Peter Gabriel[6][7][8], before moving to Los Angeles. During his time at Real World he engineered on top-10 albums including Harry's House[5] and Being Funny in a Foreign Language. Oli has mixed records for musicians including Beabadoobee, Kendrick Lamar, Charli XCX, The Japanese House and The 1975 together with billboard #1 albums and singles including luther and squabble up by Kendrick Lamar and SZA[9]. In the UK, he has worked on #1 studio albums including This Is How Tomorrow Moves by Beabadoobee[10], i/o by Peter Gabriel[11] and People Watching by Sam Fender[12]. Oli also mixed the music for Kendrick Lamar's half-time performance at the Super Bowl LIX.

Oli won the best engineered album at the 65th Annual Grammy awards in 2023 for his work on Harry Styles' Harry's House[13]. This album also won Album of the Year in the same year[14]. Oli also won the best engineered album award at the 67th Annual Grammy awards in 2025 for his work on Peter Gabriel's i/o[1]. He won the Recording Engineer of the Year award at the 2023 MPG awards in London[15] and was nominated for Mix Engineer of the Year at the 2025 awards[16]
