Paranza opened on August 1st, 2023[1]at Atlantis Paradise Island resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas. Michael White (chef) named it after the Italian translation of Small Fishing Boat and considered Paranza the most important opening in his culinary career since opening Marea in New York. Paranza is one of three standalone Michelin chef experiences at Atlantis.[2]

Layout
[edit]The interior of Paranza used Bahamian landscape colors like blue, white, and dark brown with leather furnishings and dark woods. It was done by Jeffrey Beers International.[3]
Community Involvement
[edit]Paranza works with local fishermen who spearfish strawberry grouper and conch.[4]
