Ruby Dickulous (born Jason Jarman) is a Texas-based drag queen, stand-up comedian, podcast host, and licensed realtor. In 2025, she became the first drag queen realtor to appear on HGTV, starring in a special House Hunters episode titled The Queen of House Hunting. The episode aired on May 17, 2025, and is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max.

Career

Jason Jarman began his professional career in journalism, working at KZTV, the CBS affiliate in Corpus Christi, Texas. He trained under veteran journalist Van Kennedy, a mentor to Walter Cronkite, before transitioning into real estate and stand-up comedy.

As Ruby Dickulous, she developed a comedic brand that merges real estate, drag, and storytelling. Known for her sharp humor and Southern sensibility, Ruby gained recognition performing in cities across North America, including Austin, Provincetown, Fire Island, and Puerto Vallarta.

In 2025, Ruby starred in House Hunters: The Queen of House Hunting, a special episode of the long-running franchise. Ruby's 2024 show, The Mouth of the South, premiered at The Palm Cabaret and Bar in Puerto Vallarta, where she performed a mix of stand-up, live singing, and social satire.
