Saad Anwar is an Indian entrepreneur based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.[citation needed]
Early life
[edit]Saad Anwar was born in Lucknow, India. He moved to Saudi Arabia at a young age and began his entrepreneurial career in his teenage years. He built his business presence independently, without inherited wealth or family business connections.[1]
Career
[edit]In 2022, following reforms in Saudi Arabia’s foreign investment regulations, Anwar became one of the youngest Indian expatriates to register as a foreign investor in the Kingdom at the age of 24. His business interests span contracting, manpower, logistics, and trading. His success story is often cited as a symbol of entrepreneurial integration between India and Saudi Arabia.[2]
Premium Residency
[edit]In December 2024, Saad Anwar was awarded Saudi Premium Residency — the Kingdom’s long-term visa that allows expatriates to live, work, and own property without a sponsor. He was among the youngest recipients at the time.[2]
