Saya Victor[1] (born July 13, 1992), also known by his birth name Ye Htut Oo, is a Burmese professional English teacher, artist, film director, song composer, video editor, and IT specialist. He is the founder and lead instructor at Alin Tagar English Language Training School in Dawei, Myanmar, and is widely recognized for his contributions to education, music, and multimedia production.
Early Life
[edit]Saya Victor was born in Dawei, a coastal city in southern Myanmar. He began his education in Kayat Pyin Quarter and later moved to Kyauk Maw Quarter, where he completed his primary and secondary schooling. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dawei University and holds TESOL/TEFL certifications, which have supported his career in English language instruction.
