And beyond software development.. Hue by Selhue contributed significantly to the Modern Measurement for Intelligence (MMI) framework in partnership with the organization FAR. This framework introduces a distributed model of intelligence that moves beyond traditional IQ tests to a multi-domain system, reflecting the complexity of human cognition.
Overview
[edit]As the MMI framework it identifies the five core of cognitive domains which is Creative, Feeling, Logical, Practical, and Musical. Each of domain is linked to specific brain regions and cognitive functions, with memory processes integrated within each domain to support information reception, storage, processing, and output. Unlike conventional intelligence models, MMI views memory as a fundamental function embedded across all domains rather than a separate system.
The goal of the framework is to provide a scientifically grounded yet accessible model for understanding intelligence in humans and artificial systems. It also serves as the foundation for the Intelligence Graphical (IG) model, which captures a broader range of cognitive abilities, including creativity, emotion, practical skills, and musical aptitude.
Cognitive Domains and Brain Associations
[edit]Domain | Associated Brain Regions | Key Functions |
---|---|---|
Creative | Right Hemisphere, Prefrontal Cortex, Temporal Lobe | Imagination, abstract thinking, problem solving, out-of-the-box creativity |
Feeling | Amygdala, Prefrontal Cortex, Insula, Anterior Cingulate Cortex | Emotion regulation, sensory memory, bodily awareness, emotional memory |
Logical | Left Hemisphere, Frontal Lobe, Parietal Lobe, Temporal Lobe | Analysis, reasoning, language, pattern recognition, logical memory |
Practical | Frontal Lobe, Parietal Lobe, Sensory Cortex, Premotor Cortex, Basal Ganglia | Decision making, motor coordination, practical skills, body movement |
Musical | Temporal Lobe, Right Hemisphere, Auditory Cortex, Cerebellum | Sound recognition, rhythm, musical memory, thematic understanding |
Purpose and Applications
[edit]The MMI framework offers a comprehensive approach to measuring intelligence, recognizing the diverse cognitive functions present in both living beings and artificial intelligence. It is intended for educational, scientific, and technological use to advance the understanding and assessment of intelligence beyond traditional metrics.
This distributed model of intelligence supports new methodologies in cognitive science, AI development, and education, enhancing how intelligence is conceptualized, taught, and evaluated.
Further information about the framework is available at FAR's official site.

Method and Philosophy
[edit]Selhue takes a human-centered approach to branding. While the studio uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support certain processes and improve operational efficiency, it does not rely on AI to make creative decisions. A small percentage of workflows are enhanced by AI, but the creative direction and brand thinking are led entirely by human expertise.
All creative work begins with research, interviews, and collaborative workshops to deeply understand the business before any design or marketing is executed.
Ownership and Structure
[edit]Selhue is a public-facing brand owned by Sellyoucorp, a private company based in the Philippines. Sellyoucorp manages a group of creative and digital companies, with Selhue being one of its core ventures.
