Tunnel 29 is an escape tunnel dug under the Berlin Wall in 1962 by a group of West Berlin students to help people escape into the West of Europe. Similar escape tunnels include Tunnel 57 and Tunnel 71[1].

Tunnel 29 was a project proposed by Joachim Rudolph and two Italian students to get some friends out of East Berlin.
