青少年癌症基金會（英語：Youth Cancer Hong Kong），是香港首個專注於支援青少年癌症的非牟利慈善機構[1]，基金會在2023年正式成立[1]，而旗下的「青春頌」互助及關注平台，早於2022年已正式啟用[1]。
