Founder

Amy Beth Treciokas is the founder and owner of Yoga Now[3]. Treciokas is a dedicated yoga teacher and a prominent figure in the Chicago yoga and kirtan community[4].  Her teaching style is influenced by her studies in India with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga.  In addition to her teaching, she leads kirtan (devotional chanting) events and is active in promoting yoga as a practice for personal and community transformation.

Under her leadership, Yoga Now has become known for its inclusive and eco-conscious approach, offering a variety of yoga classes, workshops, and teacher training programs.
