Ebelsberg is a district of Linz, Upper Austria, located south of the Traun River. Ebelsberg was a separate market town until its incorporation into Linz in 1938.[2] The district includes the cadastral community.
Geography
[edit]The district of Ebelsberg is located in the south of the Upper Austrian capital Linz and borders on the districts of Neue Heimat and Kleinmünchen-Auwiesen to the north, and on the district of Pichling to the east.[3][4]
Ebelsberg is bordered to the north by the Traun River. Other waterways include the Aumühlbach and Wambach.
