fassforward is a leadership consulting and business storytelling firm headquartered in Pelham, New York.[1][2] The company was founded in 2001 by Rose Fass,[3][4] a former executive at Xerox[5] and Gartner Group.[6] It offers services in executive coaching, cultural transformation, and leadership development. Clients have included Estée Lauder, Mastercard, Verizon, and SpaceX.[7][8]

fassforward’s services include coaching, consulting, training, and creative strategy.[9]

  • Rose Fass (Founder and Chair)[10][11] – Author and speaker. She was featured in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women list (2022) and Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Influence.[12] Fass was also included in Forbes’ 2012 Top 10 Women Business Leaders of New York and received the 2024 Great Companies International Women Entrepreneur Award.[13][14] She is the author of The Chocolate Conversation: Lead Bittersweet Change;[15][16] Transform Your Business and The Leadership Conversation: Make Bold Change One Conversation at a Time, with forward by Bill McDermott, CEO of ServiceNow.[17][18]
