GeoGebra is a computer program for teaching geometry, algebra, statistics, and calculus. It can be used on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android tablets, iPadOS, and web browsers.
History
[change | change source]Markus Hohenwarter started making GeoGebra in early 2001 as part of his thesis at the University of Salzburg. In 2013, after a successful Kickstarter project, GeoGebra was released for tablet computers.
In December 2021, GeoGebra was sold to Byju's for about a hundred million dollars.[1]
