Jirband (Persian: جيربند, also Romanized as Jīrband)[1] is a village in Ashrestaq Rural District, Yaneh Sar District, Behshahr County, Mazandaran Province, Iran.
Geography
[edit]Jirband is located in the mountains of Alborz, 130 km (81 miles) away from Sari. It has a cool temperate weather that attracts tourists.[2]
Demographgics
[edit]At the 2006 census, its population was 128, in 36 families.[3]
The villages of Jirband and Jurband togheter had a population of 274 in 2016.[4]
