John Mitchell Allan (2 August 1888 – 4 September 1937) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon in the Victorian Football League (VFL).[1][2]
Allan was recruited from Hawthorn district and debuted in round four of the 1913 VFL season.[3] He was a bank clerk by profession and served with the 1st AIF in World War I.[4]
