On the 8 June episode of Dynamite, Fletcher as a member of Aussie Open along with Aaron Henare made his debut for All Elite Wrestling (AEW). They ran-in and helped Will Ospreay in an attack on FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Hardwood) and Trent Beretta.[1] On the 10 June edition of Rampage, Fletcher made his AEW in-ring debut, teaming with Davis and Ospreay in a loss to FTR and Trent Beretta.[2]

United Empire then entered a tournament to crown the first AEW World Trios Champions. On the 24 August episode of Dynamite, they defeated Death Triangle (PAC, Penta El Zero Miedo & Rey Fenix) in the first round.[3] They fought The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) in the semi finals on the 31 August episode of Dynamite but lost.[4]

On the 13 May 2023 episode of Rampage, Fletcher made his AEW singles debut and defeated Action Andretti.[5] On the 24 May episode of Dynamite, Fletcher challenged Orange Cassidy for his AEW International Champion but lost.[6] After the match, it was announced by AEW owner Tony Khan that Aussie Open had signed contracts to become members of the roster.[7] At Death Before Dishonor, Aussie Open won a four-way tag team match to become the new ROH World Tag Team Champions.[8] They lost the championships to Better Than You Bay Bay (MJF and Adam Cole) at All In: Zero Hour.[9] After David was injured and had to take time off, Fletcher focused on singles wrestling.

On the 28 October episode of Rampage, Fletcher lost to Konosuke Takeshita. After the match, Fletcher joined The Don Callis Family.[10] At Final Battle, Fletcher won a Survival of the Fittest Finals match to win the vacant ROH World Television Championship.[11] At Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL)'s Viernes Espectacular event on 28 June, Fletcher lost the championship to Atlantis Jr.[12]

At WrestleDream, Fletcher turned on his former partner Will Ospreay to help his Don Callis Family stablemate Konosuke Takeshita win the AEW International Championship.[13] He then started to feud with Ospreay.
